Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

-Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 2-4 business days.

-Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

-You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been fulfilled.

Packaging:

-All garments are carefully folded and shipped in polymailer envelopes to ensure lightweight, eco-concious delivery.

-Some delicate or bulkier items may be shipped in boxes at our discretion.

Shipping Time & Carriers:

-All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, or UPS Ground Advantage depending on weight and destination.

-Delivery timelines typically range from 2-7 business days once shipped (U.S. Orders).

-Stargirl Vintage is not responsible for any shipment delays once the package is in the carriers hands. 

International Shipping

-Currently, Stargirl Vintage only ships within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future!

Lost or Delayed Packages

-Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the postal carrier. Stargirl Vintage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packaged once your order is fulfilled. 

-If you encounter a shipping issue, please contact USPS or UPS directly to file a claim.
